A complaint letter is generally written to inform the concerned authorities about something happening against the rules. It can be written on any subject either about a product malfunctions or about anything that has spoiled your time and money. I know that you are a big and very respectable dealer in this field and you have always cared for the customers. I would like you to please repair my malfunctioned TV or replace it if possible. I have enclosed all the details of the receipts as well as warranty card with the letter.

Please do the services as soon as possible, so that there is no need of going to consumer forum.
